"We just purchased a 2012 Gulfstream Visa 19 RSD that we are going to pull with our mini van (2007 Chevrolet Uplander) and from the minute we ordered it at the camper show Camping world was keeping us informed of when it would be delivered and everything the sales man Darren does great work he answered all of our questions including weight distribution and electric brake modules when we went to pick up the unit the walk through was very thorough and informed us very well as to what each item did in the camper all in all I will be back for the next camper soon."

"We stopped at RV world to look at pre-owned travel trailers. Our first impression of the business was very positive. The first person we talked to was Cheri. She was very attentive, pleasant, and very willing to show us some units. Her enthusiasm and knowledge of the product was very imprssive. Her energy level and positive attitude was very professional.
The next person we met was Darren whose enthusiasm and professionalism continued. His honesty and willingness to work with us was top notch. His friendly personality made it a real pleasure to work with him.
Next we meet Kevin, one of the certified technicians. Kevin was very detail oriented as he went through the orientation and operation of all components of our purchase.
Prior to our purchase, we indicated we would like two small shelves for the main bedroom area. We were very impressed when we did a walk through to find the two shelves properly mounted and matching the rest of the interior. This is a testimonial to the craftsmanship of the technicians who work at RV World.
Needless to say, our total experience was a 10+ at RV World. I would strongly recommend RV world to anyone who is looking for any type of an RV. "

"RV World gets a A+ for the service I just had done June 11 2010 . I needed some minor service on my Innsbruck travel trailer and was short on time. The crew of service guys were great. They got me in quick and really went the extra mile. My service was done quick and on time when they promised. They really take the extra time to go over and explain things that I didn't know and understand. When I picked up my trailer with my new truck I purchased between the time I dropped off and picked up. After hooking up and getting ready to leave my brake module wasn't working "somebody else installed for me" The Service Manager had one of his service team go over and trouble shoot it for me,and he got it fixed the right way, adjusted it for me and I was down the road in no time. I will continue to do business with RV world and refer my friends.Thanks again RV world you are a first class dealer.
